I met with my site supervisor to review my internship plan. She was suprised at the length and detail in the plan. She liked how I covered all of the leadership domains and the competencies. She said that should help me when I get ready to take the exam for certification. She also liked how I planned to interview so many people in different departments. She said that would give me a good perspective. She only had one question. She thought I made a mistake when I put Kim Marshall as a resouce person because we have a Kim Alvarez and a Don Marshall in our district but I meant to put Kim Marshall. He spoke to us at the Harvard Leadership Program this summer at Harding University. I'm hoping to see him again in February when I attend a Harvard event in San Antonio. I didn't need to change anything on my internship plan but I will tweek it as needed during this program.
